Squirrel Control

The grey squirrel is a non-indigenous species to this country and is responsible for the decline in our native red squirrel. The grey squirrel damages trees and when it gains access to a roof space, it can cause considerable damage by stripping the plastic off wiring potentially causing fires. The grey squirrel is also a threat to our native birds by taking their food and eggs.

Squirrels are usually controlled by trapping.
